Organizational Development, Learning, and Coaching

The Human Resources & Payroll department provides organizational development, learning, and coaching services for Mason faculty and staff. We hope you'll take a moment to explore the resources and tabs on the Organizational Development, Learning, and Coaching (ODLC) pages to learn more about our offerings.

Classes offered may be part of a series such as the Emerging Leaders Supervisor Series or Administrative Professionals Certificate Program, they might be skills-based sessions such as EPAF training, or they could be customized organizational development offerings brought right to your team or unit. Scheduled stand-alone classes can be found on our course calendars and are advertised in the weekly Around Mason emails and on Today@Mason.

Customized opportunities are available for departments on campus on topics such as change management, stress management, communication, relationship-building, and many others. Our trainers are certified in a number of assessments, including StrengthsFinder, Emotional Intelligence, and the Myers-Briggs. We always begin conversations about your team’s needs with an assessment of learning needs so we can tailor our approach to what your team or unit needs. To request a session or assessment for your group, please contact the Organizational Development, Learning, and Coaching Team at (703) 993-6764.
